Key Principles of Honkpost Terms
Honkpost (honkpost.com) is an autonomous social media queue and scheduling platform operated by Axel Wisniewski (individual operator, Miami, Florida, United States). By accessing or using Honkpost, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You retain full copyright and responsibility for any copy, image, or media you queue or publish.
Honkpost is provided without warranty or uptime guarantee. Platform API outages or rate limits may affect publishing.
You must comply with the individual policies of 𝕏, Bluesky, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn.
AI post suggestions powered by Google Gemini require human editorial review prior to broadcasting.
1. Parties & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Axel Wisniewski (“Operator”, “we”, “us”), an individual residing and operating in Miami, Florida, United States. Honkpost is operated as an individual software service and is not incorporated as a separate corporate entity.
By creating an account, connecting social accounts, or interacting with Honkpost via web interface or Model Context Protocol (MCP) APIs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Honkpost provides a cloud-based calendar, queue manager, and developer protocol interface for composing, scheduling, and automatically dispatching content to authorized third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to 𝕏 (formerly Twitter), Bluesky, TikTok, Meta (Instagram / Facebook), and LinkedIn.
Honkpost also includes an optional AI post drafting assistant and developer MCP endpoint allowing external AI agents to interact with your post queue.
3. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership
When utilizing Honkpost, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
- Sole Responsibility for Published Content: You are solely responsible for all content, copy, text, images, video, links, and hashtags scheduled or dispatched through your Honkpost account.

- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any generated Model Context Protocol (MCP) secret keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not use Honkpost to:
- Publish hate speech, violent incitement, defamation, or harass individuals.
- Circumvent or abuse social network rate limits, engage in coordinated artificial spam campaigns, or distribute malicious software.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Honkpost service or databases.
- Upload or distribute copyrighted media without appropriate rights, licenses, or authorizations.
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features & Disclaimers
Honkpost integrates with Google Gemini (gemini-3.6-flash) to provide autonomous drafting and post generation.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, hallucinated, or unsuited for your specific audience. You retain sole editorial discretion and legal responsibility for verifying and approving any AI-generated drafts prior to dispatch. Honkpost is not liable for reputational, financial, or account penalties incurred due to AI-generated content.
6. No Uptime Guarantee & “As Is” Provision
Honkpost is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation. Social media platform API outages, unannounced third-party rate limit modifications, scheduled infrastructure maintenance, network latency, or edge execution failures may cause posts to fail to publish or publish with delay. We make no promise or commitment regarding uptime percentages or publishing precision.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Axel Wisniewski be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, social media account suspension or termination, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Honkpost.
Our aggregate liability for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the incident, or fifty United States dollars ($50.00 USD), whichever is greater.
8. Termination & Account Cancellation
You may discontinue use of Honkpost at any time. You can disconnect your social accounts in the Settings menu or request full account purge by emailing axel.wisniewski2025@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Honkpost immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or violate connected third-party platform rules.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
